1. Who we are

This website, lexpy.ai (the "Site"), is operated by Oleksii Pylypchuk, a sole proprietor (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland, NIP: 7011224474, doing business as "Lex Py" ("we", "I"). Contact: hello@lexpy.ai.

2. What we offer

We provide online educational services in AI and marketing:

• AI Creative — learning community hosted on the Skool platform: video courses, practice tasks and community discussion;
• Individual Training Programs: structured programs with personal feedback — homework reviews and answers to your questions as you move through the modules;
• Individual Reviews: one-off training sessions where the program materials are applied to your own project.

All services are educational in nature and are delivered online in English.

3. Community membership (Skool)

Membership in the AI Creative community is purchased, billed and managed on the Skool platform under Skool's own terms and billing system. You can cancel your membership in Skool at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Individual programs: applications and payment

Individual Training Programs and Individual Reviews start with an application through the Site or by contacting us directly. Prices are individual and are communicated to you before any payment. Payment is made through a personal Stripe payment link. A contract between you and us is formed when the payment is completed.

5. Digital content and the right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Some materials are digital content delivered immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the European Union: by requesting immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that content. For the individual part of a program (personal feedback, reviews and sessions), performance during the 14-day period begins only after your express confirmation; if you withdraw before the service is fully delivered, you pay proportionally for what has already been provided. 6. Scheduling and cancellations

Individual sessions are scheduled by agreement. You can reschedule or cancel a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Details are in the Refund Policy.

7. License to materials

All course materials (videos, guides, templates, prompts) are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. No copyright is transferred. You may not copy, share, resell or publish the materials.

8. Educational nature; no guarantees

All services are educational. Your results depend on your own work and on factors outside our control. We do not promise any specific outcome, income or timeline.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available at lexpy.ai/terms. Material changes do not apply retroactively to services already paid for.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts under applicable law.
